Cowboy and Aliens isn't a new game per se, it's an expansion for Sonja & Conan vs the Ninjas.

The first game invited you to experience epic adventures in a pulp style that is sometimes called "Sword and Sorcery". In this add-on, the goal’s to imagine stories of cowboys battling strange beings from outer space. Spaghetti western meets 1950s science fiction -- As if Sergio Leone's films had been directed by Edward Wood Junior!

This extension is free (but you can always give me a fistfull of dollars if you want ) nevertheless, to play it you need to know the rules of Sonja and Conan versus the Ninjas.
